Cut and Turned TTB

Our modified stock housing options start by “cutting and turning” the lower balljoint ear to achieve proper alignment when adding lift (1-3”) Unlike others we completely eliminate the stamped stock ear that gets cut out and replace it with the same billet lower ball joint ear used on the fully fabricated beams for ultimate strength. These are offered with many options to cater to every budget.

Option Details: 

Stage 1 - Standard cut and turn beam with billet lower ball joint ear

Stage 2 - Upgraded 1” uniball cups | Plate Back Of Passenger Beam | Gusset Driver Uniball 

Stage 3 - Fully Plate Front, Port Axle Opening, Bash guard, Radius Arm Mounts On Back Of Beam For Fully Fabricated Arms.

Stage 4 - All Above Options (includes sand blasting)
